Step 1

Choose your package and check out

Pick your genre and any add-ons, then check out. You will land on your account page.

Step 2

Upload your footage

Upload your clips from your account page. Preferred formats are .MOV, .MP4 and .M4V. Other formats may work but are not guaranteed. We recommend 1080p or higher at 23.98 fps.

No footage? That is a normal place to start. Say so, and your casting director will ask you some questions during the consultation to get a feel for the roles you are right for, then hand-pick scenes for you to put on tape.

Step 3

Schedule your consultation

Pick a date and time with a casting director.

Step 4

The consultation

Your casting director goes through your footage with you: order, length, what needs cutting, what needs adding. Up to 20 minutes for one genre, up to 40 for two. Most do not use the full time. By phone. In-person consultations are not available.

If your footage does not yet show what you can do, this is where the Best Work Policy kicks in. Your casting director will assign you sides with extensive notes, you self-tape the scene, and we cut it into your reel. Self-tapes are a perfectly acceptable addition. We watch them constantly. The reel is about your ability as an actor.

Step 5

Editing and delivery

Your reel is cut in the format casting offices prefer and delivered in 7 to 10 business days from the day after your consultation. If you were assigned a self-tape, the clock starts the day you submit it.

In a hurry? Priority is 4 to 6 business days for $30, or Expedited is a 72 hour turnaround for $60. Either way the clock starts the day after your consultation, not the day you pay.

You get one free edit if you need it.
