And as we consult with so many of you… this concern appears to be a regular theme/concern.

Do we need to know if you are consistently working to ensure our trust in your ability to be an actor?

The short answer is NO.

The belief that your future success is correlated to the rate at which you are booking sounds anxiety-inducing and just downright stressful.

Trust that we understand the complexities of an acting career and all of the ebb and flow it brings.

It would be absurd for any CD to question a lag in work over the past 2 years.

And if they do, they probably don’t actually work in this industry (we said what we said).

We measure your ability to nail a role by so much more than the rate at which you are booking.
