“It’s the first thing we see!”

While that’s true (and first impressions are important)—

There’s absolutely no way for us to evaluate your craft through a photo.

Being physically in the realm of what we’re looking for is of course, a factor.

But it’s your demo reels/materials that seals the deal.

We are not cattle call artists.

We take great pride in our ability to sift through thousands of submissions and pitches.

The skill we aquire to comb through an actor’s materials in a meaningful yet efficient way is not learned overnight.

It takes years of mentorship and learning from experience.

Over time, our ability to curate the best possible options to create a magical cast is something we strive to become masters of.

Headshots are just a *very* small part of this equation.

We are looking for trained actors who have a high probability of turning in a great audition.

And the only reasonable way to achieve this is by digging deeper than just your headshot.
